Brock Townsend is a versatile, downhill Central Michigan back with real red-zone juice
In the 2025 season, Brock Townsend emerged as a productive Central Michigan RB with 418 rushing yards, 4 rushing touchdowns, and 145 receiving yards on 13 catches, while earning an Academic All-MAC honor. His calling card is balance: decent burst, strong jump-ball ability for a back, and enough receiving value to stay on the field in multiple roles, which makes him more than just a carry counter. He looks like a useful fit for teams wanting a reliable, scheme-flexible back who can finish drives and contribute as a pass-game outlet rather than a pure home-run specialist.
