Ricky Nichols brings ball-hawking upside and veteran cornerback polish to JMU
Ricky Nichols is a former JMU cornerback with proven instincts and turnover production dating back to his college days, including 22 tackles, 2 pass breakups, and a forced fumble in his prior season at Old Dominion before transferring to James Madison. He stands out for his tackling confidence, coverage awareness, and ability to flash in both run support and on the ball. If you want a defender who plays with edge and understands leverage, Nichols fits the mold; if you need a shutdown, ultra-elite athlete, the ceiling depends on how consistently he translates those traits into every snap.
