Experienced, Steady Interior Anchor for Northern Colorado
Olker is a proven interior offensive lineman whose value shows up in consistency, toughness, and assignment discipline rather than flashy box-score stats. In 2013, he started all 12 games at right guard for Northern Colorado, and his earlier Bears work helped boost the offense by more than 30 yards per game while nearly doubling the team’s rushing output from the prior season. He also earned Big Sky All-Conference recognition, plus team honors tied to reliability and performance, which suggests a dependable, coach-trustable fit for a team that wants physicality and clean technique in the trenches.[1][2]
