Senior IF with .315 BA, 15 RBI, and Elite Intensity for Michigan
Janelle Ilacqua, a 5'5" senior infielder for the Michigan Wolverines, delivered a standout 2026 season with a .315 batting average, 39 hits, 26 runs, and 15 RBIs across 46 games, proving her differentiator is relentless game-intensity and clutch hitting—like her single down the left-field line that secured a 7-1 lead over Wisconsin. Beyond stats, she’s a two-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree, previously named Michigan’s Best Female Rookie Athlete (2022-23), and actively builds off-field relationships through NYC career networking, reflecting a disciplined, team-first personality. No injury history reported; her consistency and leadership make her a high-fit, reliable addition for any competitive softball team seeking both on-field impact and off-field integrity.
