New Mexico’s Interior Anchor With Rebound-and-Rim Protection Upside
Daja Adams projects as a valuable fit for New Mexico because a true center who can control the glass, protect the paint, and bring physicality is always useful—especially in high-energy Mountain West basketball. I couldn’t verify reliable, up-to-date public stat lines for her current New Mexico production from the available search results, but the profile suggests a player whose value comes from low-maintenance interior play: screening, rebounding, and defending the rim. If you need a tough, role-ready big who can embrace contact and keep possessions alive, she’s the kind of frontcourt piece worth caring about.
