Allison Corbin is on a heater for UNCW, earning a second CAA weekly honor in 2026
In the 2026 season, UNCW junior Allison Corbin has been a middle-of-the-order spark, winning CAA Player of the Week for the second time after a monster .643/.667/1.071 week with seven RBIs and hits in all four games, including a 4-for-4 outing versus Hampton. What stands out beyond the box score is her run-producing consistency and versatility as a catcher/infielder; she’s already shown she can carry an offense in conference play and stay hot over multiple series, making her an easy fit for a team needing a tough, reliable bat with competitive edge.
