Explosive Transfer Guard Bringing Firepower to Colorado Buffs
Candace Rucker, a dynamic 5-10 guard from Memphis, joins the Colorado Buffaloes as a first-year transfer with a proven offensive punch—averaging 6.6 points and 2.3 rebounds across 32 games with three starts at Southern Miss last season, exploding for 8.7 points in the C-USA Tournament. Her differentiator is elite explosiveness, blending deep range with tenacious defense, making her a high-energy spark plug who elevates lineups. No injury red flags; her gritty intensity screams 'immediate impact player'—perfect fit for teams needing scoring pop and hustle off the bench.
