Asa Shannon brings size, early touch, and Ivy-ready versatility to Columbia
Asa Shannon is a 6-foot-6 forward for Columbia who has shown efficient flashes in limited minutes, including a strong early-career scoring touch and decent rebounding feel, while his roster profile and past high school production suggest a versatile frontcourt piece rather than a pure back-to-the-basket big.[1][3][6] The appeal here is ceiling: he gives the Lions length, some perimeter comfort, and the kind of multi-positional frame that can fit a team looking for upside, provided he continues to build consistency, strength, and game-to-game impact.[1][6]
