No verified Rice WR profile found for John Welch
The available search results do not confirm a Rice Owls football wide receiver named John Welch, so I can’t responsibly assess his current performance, rankings, or fit without risking a mix-up with unrelated athletes of the same name. If you meant a different player or can share a roster link, I can quickly turn that into a scouting-style summary focused on production, traits, and team fit.
