steady veteran linebacker with special-teams grit and local ties
In the 2026 season, Jadon Cook brings senior-year know-how to Central Michigan’s linebacker room: the Harper Woods native is a 5-10, 212-pound defender who has seen action across multiple seasons and built his value through reliability, effort, and special-teams work.[2] His stat line has been modest, but that usually points to a role-player who does the dirty work, stays ready, and can help stabilize a roster with toughness and experience.[1][2] If you want an under-the-radar, local-product linebacker who knows the MAC grind, he’s a credible fit.
