Elite Point Guard with Unmatched Assist Vision and Championship Intensity
Jason Richards, Davidson's all-time assist leader (663 career assists), is a differentiator defined by his elite court vision—led the nation with 8.1 apg in 2007-08—and championship DNA as captain of the 2008 Elite 8 team. Beyond stats, his intensity is legendary: he played 14 of 15 games in his final season, averaging 26 minutes with 7 points and 6 assists per game, showcasing relentless durability and playmaking under pressure. A three-time SoCon champion and NCAA Tourney veteran, Richards' personality blends quiet leadership with fiery competitiveness, making him a perfect fit for teams needing a guard who elevates teammates, controls tempo, and thrives in high-stakes moments. No injury history; his consistency is his hallmark.
