Dexter Sistrunk brings veteran JSU secondary toughness and multi-sport athleticism
Dexter Sistrunk’s profile points to a physical, versatile defensive back with a wrestlers’ edge—he was an All-Area corner after 42 tackles and 2 interceptions in high school and also competed in track, which hints at the burst and balance you want at CB. He’s a fit for a team that values competitiveness, toughness, and sure tackling over flash, though the available public stat trail is older and doesn’t show recent 2026 production. In short: if you need a corner who plays with grit and can stick in coverage with athletic instincts, he’s worth a look.
