Experienced Grambling WR with Size-for-Speed Slot Value
Derrick Pate brings compact receiver size at 5'9" and 160 pounds and has been on Grambling State’s roster as a wideout for multiple seasons, which suggests familiarity with the program’s system and expectations. Grambling’s official stats show he has appeared in the team’s cumulative records, but his available production data is limited, so his appeal is more about role fit than headline numbers. For a team, he profiles as a depth/slot option who may offer quickness, spacing value, and consistency rather than pure outside size.
