Depth-piece forward with Akron pedigree and size
In the 2025-26 season, C.J. Oldham is listed as a 6-foot-5, 190-pound forward for Akron, but his current ESPN stat line is minimal at 0.6 points, 0.4 rebounds, and 0.2 assists per game on 41.7% shooting[1][2]. The big draw here is not box-score fireworks—it’s the frame, versatility, and program familiarity that make him a useful complementary piece if a team wants a low-usage forward who can fit in without hijacking the offense[2]. If you need a scorer, probably not your guy; if you want a steady, physical, role-friendly forward, he’s at least interesting[2].
