Artur Surov gives Saint Joseph’s a low-usage, high-efficiency interior presence
Surov is a true center who brings size, steady finishing, and experienced depth to Saint Joseph’s, with ESPN listing him at 63.9% shooting, 1.2 points, and 0.8 rebounds in current season stats. His best differentiator is not volume but efficiency and role acceptance: he provides a dependable paint option without needing touches, and Saint Joseph’s has previously highlighted his adjustment, maturity, and willingness to embrace college life in the U.S. That profile makes him a fit for teams needing a disciplined, physical big who can anchor the interior without disrupting the offense.
