Maurice Covington brings proven college experience and reliable production to UAPB’s receiving room
Maurice Covington is a **6-foot-5 receiver** with proven collegiate production, including **65 career catches for 788 yards and 3 touchdowns** in the data available, giving Arkansas-Pine Bluff a big-bodied target who can win on size and experience. His profile suggests a fit for teams wanting a physical, veteran presence rather than a pure speed merchant, and his measurable edge is contested-catch potential and red-zone utility. The main caution is that the available stats do not show high-end explosiveness, so he looks best as a complementary chain-mover and matchup piece rather than a centerpiece alpha receiver.[1][4]
