Marcel Williams brings proven playmaking pedigree to Marshall’s WR room
Marcel Williams arrives at Marshall with a legit résumé: as a 2023 high school standout, he posted 47 catches for 819 yards and 7 touchdowns in nine games, including five 100-yard outings and a 10-catch, 167-yard explosion. Listed around 5-foot-11 to 6-foot-0 and 183-190 pounds depending on the source, he profiles as a quick, productive receiver who can separate and create after the catch. The appeal is simple: he has shown big-play juice, steady volume production, and the competitive edge to pop in the right offensive fit.
