Kelvin Henry Jr. brings local guard grit and efficient minutes for McNeese
Kelvin Henry Jr. is a Lake Charles product who has earned McNeese minutes with steady, low-drama guard play and a reputation for competing hard every possession. In the 2017-18 season, he played 14 games for McNeese, averaging 1.5 points, 0.6 rebounds, and 0.6 assists in 6.8 minutes per game, while also showing he can give a quick scoring burst off the bench. His background as a multi-year starter and all-state prep guard suggests toughness, experience, and feel—traits that can matter as much as raw numbers when a team needs a reliable connector.
