Hudson Story is giving Bryant a grown-man bat and steady infield depth
In the 2026 season at Bryant, Hudson Story appeared in 22 games with 14 starts and hit .220 with 3 doubles, 2 home runs, 6 RBI and 12 runs scored; he also flashed a bigger offensive gear in a 3-for-4, 4-RBI game against Sacred Heart. Bryant lists him as a 6-foot-2, 225-pound infielder, and the college’s preseason note said he was brought in to add infield depth after earning All-Western State Conference second-team honors in 2025 at LA Mission, where he hit .341 with a .466 OBP. The fit: physical, experienced, and capable of run-producing pop, with enough juice to matter if you need infield insurance that can also thump.
