Colgate’s current QB picture is crowded, and his role isn’t clearly featured
Chase Bender is a Colgate quarterback with strong program pedigree, but the latest available Colgate roster/stats pages don’t show active current-season production for him, which suggests he is not the featured QB in 2026. Colgate’s 2026 passing stats currently point to Jake Stearney as the primary passer, so Bender looks more like a depth or developmental option than an immediate starter. If you want a steady, experienced system fit, he’s worth monitoring; if you need a proven, high-volume 2026 producer right now, the evidence says look elsewhere.
