Ball State safety Corey Hall brings veteran ball production and big-play instincts
Corey Hall’s calling card is impact plays: in his Ball State career he flashed as a turnover creator, including a 2024 stat line that showed 55 solo tackles, 3 forced fumbles, and 1 interception. He profiles as the kind of safety coaches love for his physicality, willingness to fill the alley, and knack for flipping field position with strip chances and coverage awareness. The catch: his profile reflects a veteran, high-motor defender rather than a pure speed merchant, so he fits best on a defense that values toughness, communication, and takeaway hunting.
