experienced defensive back with playmaking instincts
Idrees Bashir is a former Memphis Tigers DB known for being around the ball and making impact plays, highlighted by a 100-yard interception return against Army that still stands out in Tigers memory. His value is less about flashy raw production and more about instincts, toughness, and a defensive-back profile that can flip field position in one snap. Because the available results point to his college-era play rather than current Memphis status, I’d treat him as a historical Memphis defensive playmaker rather than an active roster fit.
