J.R. Greene brings interior size and run-stopping value to McNeese's defensive front
J.R. Greene is a McNeese defensive tackle worth watching because interior linemen who can anchor against the run and absorb blocks are valuable even when box-score stats stay quiet. Available team-level 2025 preseason material points to McNeese’s defensive line as a key focus, but the public results here do not provide Greene-specific production or rankings, so his appeal is best framed by role: if he shows leverage, gap discipline, and consistent physicality, he profiles as a fit for teams needing a sturdy inside presence.[2][5]
