Alex Dalton brings experience and guard versatility to Oklahoma’s offensive line
Alex Dalton is a veteran Oklahoma OL whose value is less about flashy stats and more about reliability, position flexibility, and game experience; he appeared in 18 career games with 1 start for the Sooners and earned a starting guard role at one point, which suggests the staff trusted him in a rotation and as a fit for interior line depth.[1][4] For a team, he profiles as a steady, ready-made depth piece rather than a headline grabber—useful if you want a physically mature lineman who understands the system and can help stabilize the interior when injuries or lineup changes hit.[1][4][6]
