Braun brings promising left-side upside to Montana’s circle
Brooklynn Braun is a freshman pitcher for Montana who already showed enough poise to log 11 appearances in 2026, including a collegiate debut against Oklahoma and a hitless relief outing at Sacramento State, while earning Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors. Her current line was uneven (0-1, 6.08 ERA in 12 2/3 innings), but her high-school resume as a three-time first-team All-Desert League arm and two-time co-pitcher of the year points to real long-term upside. She looks like a fit for a team valuing polish, competitiveness, and academic reliability more than instant dominance.[1][5][3]
