Darrin Shine brings steady playmaking and veteran guard poise to Delaware State
In the 2024-25 season, Darrin Shine profiles as a dependable, pass-first guard whose value shows up in the flow of the offense: he’s listed at 4.2 assists per game with 1.4 steals per game and a strong 76.5% career free-throw mark, suggesting feel, pressure handling, and late-game utility. He fits best as a connector who can organize possessions, defend with energy, and keep an attack on schedule rather than a pure high-volume scorer. If your team wants a smart table-setter with steady two-way effort, Shine is worth a look.
