Michigan State's 6-9 Local Power Forward from the 2013-14 Era
Alex Gauna, a 6-9, 240-pound forward from Eaton Rapids, MI, played sparingly for the Michigan State Spartans in the 2013-14 season, averaging 1.5 points, 1.0 rebound, and 0.1 assists per game on an efficient 55.3% field goal shooting in limited minutes. A hometown commit who went undrafted in 2015 and is now an unrestricted NBA free agent, Gauna brought physicality and rebounding upside as a bench big, but lacked standout production or recent college visibility to make him a current roster priority unless seeking developmental depth.
