Oregon’s versatile 6-foot guard with shot-making upside and disruptive defense
Long is a high-upside guard whose value goes beyond scoring: she brings size for the position, multiple defensive playmaking numbers in her background, and a history of filling the stat sheet as a two-way perimeter threat. In her 2024-25 season at Oregon, she averaged 2.9 points and 1.4 rebounds in 29 games, with a season-high five steals against USC and a pair of double-figure scoring games, including 11 points versus Maryland.[9] Earlier, she showed stronger production at Washington and arrived with a top-50 recruit pedigree plus a reputation for toughness while managing type 1 diabetes.[5][6][10]
