Arkansas State Forward from a Bygone Era
Larry Handy, a 6-7 power forward from Houston who signed with Arkansas State out of Kilgore JC in 2007, posted modest 2007-08 stats of 1.9 PPG and 1.1 RPG in 15 reserve appearances, peaking with an 8-point, 4-rebound effort vs. Florida Atlantic; with no recent college or pro performance data as of 2026 and career averages dipping to 0.3 PPG at Lamar in 2005-06, he's not a current prospect but showcases high school grit (17 PPG, 65% FG senior year) that could intrigue developmental programs seeking raw size and rebounding tenacity.
