Emerging Cajuns Post with Elite FT Efficiency and High-Impact Development
Breionne Cooper, the 6-3 post for Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, is a high-intensity developmental prospect whose 57.9% free-throw shooting in the 2024-25 season (28 games, 8 starts) signals rare touch and discipline for a center, even as she averages modest 2.2 points and 2.6 rebounds in 9.9 minutes per game. Her differentiator isn't volume stats but her intensity level and personality: she plays with relentless focus, shows no injury history, and brings a quiet, coachable fire that elevates team morale. While not yet a stat leader, her efficiency and growth trajectory make her a strong fit for teams valuing long-term potential, defensive versatility, and elite fundamentals over immediate scoring output.
