McKenly O’Neal brings positional versatility and early-career production to Air Force’s defensive front
O’Neal is a physical, adaptable defensive lineman who has already shown he can contribute after moving from offense to defense and logging 14 tackles with a tackle for loss in 2020; listed by Air Force as a DT, he offers the kind of toughness, coachability, and developmental upside that fits a disciplined front, while his recruiting profile also showed the size and frame to grow into the role. He’s worth watching if you want a lineman who brings effort, flexibility, and a service-academy fit more than flashy stat-line volume.
