Abdou Gueye

long, switchable frontcourt defender with real ACC-level versatility

Abdou Gueye is a 6-foot-9 forward known for length, rim protection, and the ability to play inside and out; Georgia Tech’s own profile described him as a wiry stretch-4 with a 7-foot-3 wingspan who can block shots, run the floor, handle the ball, and defend multiple positions. In his final Georgia Tech stretch, he was praised for lifting his scoring and rebounding while giving the Yellow Jackets disruptive defense and lineups flexibility. If your team wants a high-motor, matchup-friendly frontcourt piece rather than a pure bucket-getter, he’s the kind of glue guy coaches love to sneak onto the floor.
