Ball-hawking DB with proven production and a two-way background
Willie Edwards projects as a versatile defensive back whose value goes beyond the box score: he has shown playmaking instincts with interceptions and steady tackling production, and his background as a multi-position athlete suggests good feel, competitiveness, and adaptability. His profile fits a team looking for a DB who can contribute in coverage and support the run, with enough athletic flexibility to handle multiple roles. The main question is current consistency and role fit, but the upside is a disciplined, competitive defensive piece who can create momentum-changing plays.
