Alanna Neale brings efficient freshman minutes and two-way energy to Nebraska
In the 2025-26 season, Nebraska freshman guard Alanna Neale has been a low-usage but efficient rotation piece, averaging 1.3 points in 8 games while shooting 44.4% from the field and 100% at the line. The 5-foot-10 guard’s calling card is her all-around high-school pedigree—she arrived after averaging 12.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 2.2 steals at Ontario Christian—and her value lies in activity, toughness and versatility more than empty stats. She was also recognized on Nebraska’s Scholar Athlete honor roll, which fits the profile of a dependable, coachable wing-guard type.
