a legacy name, but no current NC State kicker profile to grade
I couldn’t verify a current 2026 NC State role or stat line for J. Ellis Flint; the most reliable accessible record ties him to an older Hofstra/NC State-era kicker profile, not a current Wolfpack performance. Without confirmed recent game reps, rankings, or season stats, there isn’t enough evidence to project him as an active fit right now—at least not from trustworthy, up-to-date sources.
