compact, quick-hit North Carolina Central back with upside
Petey Williams is a 5-foot-8, 160-pound running back from Wake Forest-Rolesville who brings a smaller-but-spry frame and change-of-pace juice to North Carolina Central’s backfield. NCCU’s roster lists him as a sophomore, but reliable current stat lines or 2026 production notes weren’t readily available, so the cleanest read is profile-based: he looks like a burst-and-balance runner who can fit a complementary role if he keeps adding strength. If you want a back who can dart through creases and bring energy, he’s worth a look.
