Big-frame Louisville OL with all-state pedigree
Sowders is a **6-foot-4, 290-pound graduate-student offensive lineman** with a strong résumé from Jeffersontown High, where he was a four-year varsity player, first-team all-state, and the district player of the year.[1] Louisville’s roster lists him as a veteran OL with no public college statistics, so his value is more about **experience, size, and reliability** than box-score production.[1] If you need a steady, coachable interior or depth lineman with local roots and proven high-school toughness, he profiles as a solid fit.[1]
