veteran linebacker depth with instincts, leadership, and a blue-collar edge
Devin Ray’s value for North Carolina A&T is all about trust: the program has described him as a depth-and-experience piece at linebacker with good instincts and leadership qualities, plus a strong build-up profile in the weight room. The available team bio says he had appeared in 23 career games with three starts and totaled 57 tackles, 1 sack, and 3 tackles for loss, which signals a steady, assignment-sound defender rather than a pure highlight machine. If you want a linebacker who brings maturity, toughness, and reliability, Ray is the kind of guy coaches love having in the room.
