Steady Guard with Elite Steals and High-Intensity Play for Central Arkansas
Mike Martin, a 6-0 senior guard for the Central Arkansas Bears, differentiates himself through elite defensive intensity, averaging 1.0 steals per game (ranked 477th nationally) and 1.9 assists, while showcasing a rare 23-point, 10-assist, 7-rebound explosion against Northwestern State in the 2015-16 season. Though his 3.8 PPG average suggests a role-player status, his on-court personality is defined by relentless hustle and a 'win-at-all-costs' mentality that elevates team defense beyond what stats reveal. With no reported injury history and a background from Coffeyville CC, Martin is a high-fit prospect for teams needing a gritty, ball-hawking guard who thrives in pressure moments, even if he isn't a primary scorer.
