6'7" UMass Lowell Guard with Elite 3PT% and High-Impact Versatility
Gregory Hammond, a 6'7" guard from New Orleans, stands out for his rare size-at-position combo and elite shooting efficiency, posting a 40.6% 3PT rate in the 2025 season despite averaging just 2.8 PPG. His differentiator isn't volume scoring but high-intensity, low-mistake play: he starts games with defensive readiness, rarely fouls, and leverages his 201cm frame to contest shots and switch positions. Born with a competitive New Orleans basketball pedigree, Hammond plays with relentless focus and team-first mentality—no injury history, no drama. He’s a perfect fit for teams needing a versatile, reliable wing who elevates defense and spacing without demanding the ball. Why care? He’s the quiet engine that makes elite teams more complete.
