Ieshia Small brought veteran versatility and bench spark to Maryland
In the 2017-18 season, Ieshia Small was a 6-foot guard for Maryland who earned Big Ten Sixth Player of the Year honors, giving the Terps efficient scoring, playmaking, and disruptive defense off the bench[2][12]. Her profile suggests a guard who can handle multiple roles, with career stretches of double-figure scoring and strong all-around production, while her own comments and team coverage point to a high-IQ, win-first personality that coaches can trust in pressure moments[10][15].
