Big-Play 6-3 WR Arrives at Michigan After a Monster Senior Season
Travis Johnson, a 2026 wide receiver out of Oscar Smith (Va.), brings legit X-receiver size at 6-foot-3 and 180 pounds plus production to match: in 2025 he topped 40 catches, 1,200 yards, and 15 touchdowns in 12 games after posting 63 receptions for 1,053 yards and 17 TDs in 2024. Michigan’s roster page and recruiting profiles peg him as a four-star and a top-20 national WR, with his appeal centered on size, route polish, and touchdown upside rather than just straight-line speed. He looks like a high-ceiling fit for a system that values disciplined, physical receivers who can win outside.
