Former Dartmouth DE and Captains-Grade Edge Presence
Charles Bay was a senior defensive end for Dartmouth in 2010, where he served as a tri-captain and earned selection to the New England FCS All-Star Team, signaling respected leadership and high-level production beyond the box score. Dartmouth’s roster and archival team bio identify him as a defensive end, but the standout differentiators are his captaincy, all-star recognition, and reputation as a dependable front-line defender rather than a flashy stat-chaser. If you want a player archetype built on leadership, toughness, and credibility in the locker room, Bay fits that mold well.[3][1]
