Makayla Valle brings durable arm, versatility, and competitive upside to ACU
In the 2025-26 season, Makayla Valle has been a workhorse for Abilene Christian, making 24 pitching appearances and logging 44.0 innings, and her profile is boosted by a 4.00 GPA and academic-discipline reputation that suggests reliability beyond the box score.[8][9] The numbers are mixed—an 8.91 ERA, 39 walks, and 13 strikeouts point to command issues—but her experience against Division I competition and prior flashes of effectiveness make her a worthwhile depth add if a team values toughness, versatility, and upside development in the circle.[6][8][9]
