Baylor’s specialist value play with a clean-leg profile
Roth is a **placekicker/punter prospect** who matters because specialists can swing hidden field position, and his NFL combine/prospects profile signals that he has at least generated pro-level attention.[2] The key differentiator for a player like Roth is reliability under pressure: teams want a kicker who is consistent, calm, and efficient in a role where mechanics and mental toughness matter more than volume. With limited public performance detail in the available results, the main takeaway is fit—he is worth watching if your team needs a specialist with upside, poise, and the kind of steady temperament coaches trust late in games.[2]
