UConn’s Summer-League Honorable Mention RHP
Greg Shaw III is a right-handed pitcher for UConn who earned All-NECBL Honorable Mention in summer ball, a useful signal that he held up well against strong collegiate-level competition and can miss bats or handle meaningful innings. That kind of recognition suggests a pitcher with enough stuff and competitiveness to stand out beyond basic stats, making him worth attention as a depth or development arm. He looks like a fit for teams that value projection, strike-throwing upside, and a pitcher with some proven summer-league traction.
