veteran Cal DT with proven size and rotational experience
Marcus Manley is a 6-foot-3, 310-pound redshirt senior defensive tackle for Cal whose value comes from veteran presence, interior mass, and experience in the rotation. In Cal’s roster bio, he had played in 25 games with one start and posted 22 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, and 1.0 sack, which points to a steady, assignment-sound run defender rather than a flashy stat compiler. His best fit is a team needing interior depth, physicality, and a dependable plugger who can absorb blocks and keep the front honest.
