Neil Basford brings size and developmental upside to Wake Forest's tight end room
Neil Basford is a **6-foot-4, 245-pound** tight end listed on Wake Forest’s roster, giving the Demon Deacons a big-bodied target with clear inline value and room to develop into a reliable all-around TE.[6] At this stage, the public record is thin on game production, so the best read is that he is a **projectable depth piece** whose appeal is frame, physicality, and roster flexibility rather than proven volume stats.[2][6] If your team wants a young tight end with upside as a blocker and red-zone option, Basford is the kind of player worth tracking.[2][6]
