Josh Florence bringing late-inning strikeout juice for Stonehill
Sophomore RHP Josh Florence has been a useful bullpen arm for Stonehill in the 2026 season, flashing enough bat-missing ability to record a two-strikeout, door-closing outing in a run-rule win and earning his first win of the year in March. He looks like a competitive, team-first arm with a solid frame (6'1", 170) and a straightforward relief profile: attack, compete, and give the Skyhawks innings when they need them. His 2025 numbers were rough, so the big question is consistency—but the upside is a low-drama strike-thrower with some bite in relief.
