Devin Diggs brings projectable arm strength and strike-throwing upside on the bump
Diggs is a right-handed pitcher with a projectable frame and useful raw tools: Prep Baseball lists him at 6'0", 150 pounds, while showcase data shows a 7.12-second 60 time, 82 mph outfield velocity, and 85 mph exit velocity; Perfect Game also records a best fastball velocity of 89 mph. The key reason to care is the arm talent profile—he has enough present velo to intrigue, and his athleticism suggests room for more. At North Florida, he looks like a fit if you want a developmental RHP with upside rather than a finished product.
